I ordered glasses I got the Medical Arts Optical place and unfortunately the glasses did not work they put a sore on my nose I came back and the staff was wonderful they tried to fix it but unfortunately that fixed didn't work so I had to come back a second time. The staff was still wonderful and helpful. We found a new frame with nose piece that would not irritate my face and they fixed it and exchanged the frames and now I have glasses that I can wear. I just want to thank all the staff for their help and input on how to fix the problem and I greatly appreciate everybody. Keep up the good work guys.

I'm a klutz when it comes to carefully removing glasses using both temples. Invariably, I break one of them off because I take them off and put them back on so often.
When inevitable occurs, and I need to replace the frames, Laura and Teresa usually help me get back into the line of sight with no shame, no waiting and no hassle.
I especially appreciate their willingness to hear that Hot Springs has a 42% positivity rate for Covid right now, according to the Walgreens site. This store does a good job with #CleanIndoorAir.

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this business & the people who work there. My 2 year old daughter wears glasses, and we've had an awful time trying to get them locally until we stopped by Medical Arts Optical recently. We've been in 3 times now, and it's been a lovely experience each time. We are so grateful!
