Success Vision Express

My sister and I were road tripping from Dallas to Hot Springs while visiting from Hawaii. On the drive, I realized I couldn't read the road signs, so we called over 20 opticians between Texarkana and Hot Springs. Thankfully, Success was able to get me in within 48 hours. From the front desk team to the staff in the glasses center who made and fitted my glasses, and of course the doctor...I was blown away by how helpful, accommodating, and understanding everyone was. They even made my glasses the same day! I had barely started eating my Whataburger across the street before I got a text that they were ready...in less than 40 minutes. The office was clean, the staff was incredible, and thanks to my new prescription, I was able to drive back to Dallas safely. Honestly, I think I'd fly back to Arkansas just to get my eyes checked here every year. It was such a positive experience and truly felt like real southern hospitality--a highlight of my vacation!

This place is absolutely amazing. Front desk is sweet and very helpful. Kelsey is amazing! The sweetest, uplifting and she genuinely cares for her patients. Seriously helped me with so much more than getting my vision. I recommend this place to anybody. Doctor was kind, helpful, and very caring. Again, this was more than just vision- cares for their patients!

Amazing service! Micheal fixed my bent sunglasses perfectly -- and he didn't even charge me. Very friendly, fast, and professional. I really appreciate his kindness. Highly recommend!

The staff is very welcoming, courteous and helpful. I went in with three pairs of glasses, well out of warranty. They were able to repair two pair and would not accept any payment. My go-to place for eyewear!

My daughter was the one getting glasses at Success Vision Express, and we both had such a wonderful experience! Dr. Clem, the optometrist, and his team were absolutely exceptional--professional, attentive, and Dr. Clem's sense of humor made the whole exam relaxed and very enjoyable. His staff worked seamlessly and made us feel very well cared for. Right next door, the Success Vision Express team was just as impressive. They were efficient, highly customer-service friendly, and worked fast to make the process smooth from start to finish. The convenience of going straight from the exam to ordering glasses--and being able to pick them up the very same day--was outstanding! From start to finish, both teams provided excellent service. We left with a great pair of glasses and a truly positive impression. We highly recommend Dr. Clem and his staff, as well as the Success Vision Express team! We will be back!

Needed to replace my broken glasses with only a day or two before I was supposed to return to college. Made a same day appointment that morning and had my glasses made within 45 minutes or less. The manager was super helpful + very nice and even helped me look for styles I liked and found a pair that suited me!!!

I came in and hadn't had an eye exam in 5 years. It was very needed and I got the cutest glasses in about an hour an a half total from eye exam to purchase. The doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. The staff at both the optometrist and Success Vision Express gave me the best customer service. It was a great experience and I thank them for scheduling and taking care of me quickly right before the holiday weekend. Thank you for you all for making me be able to see so much better!
