Great optometrist and customer service. They did and extensive eye exam and explained everything. I had the best glasses fitting I have ever had and I have wore glasses for 40 years. This is the best pair I have ever had for vision. I can't say enough good things about the job they did.

I've gone to eye doctors for years but none compare to Dr. Phillips or the staff at this place. My eye exam was so thorough and Dr. Phillips explained everything to me that was going on with my eyes. The ladies up front and in the back were helpful, courteous and professional. After my visit, my husband immediately said he's changing his eye physician and I plan to make appointments for my mother and brother. 19 years in Jacksonville and I didn't know we had such experts so close to me.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Dr Ergle was very helpful and polite. Very hilarious during eye exam. Optical Dispensary had many great styles . My tech was very helpful and I got a nice pair of fames with shades. Very best in Jacksonville . Very nice facility

Me nov 24 they never scheduled surgery. Have called and so has my clinic. Now being re seen as I "fell through the cracks" yet I'm 45 min past my appointment time and have yet to be seen. Do not recommend

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Tech Kim is hilarious and just fantastic. Dr. Phillips is now among my listed heroes! He saved the vision in my eye. In my opinion if I had not been referred to him I would be blind in my left eye. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Phillips for your excellent care.
