Jacksonville Vision Development Center

When I relocated to Jacksonville I was looking for an eye doctor and chose this location based on the reviews. The location lived up to all the reviews and I love the customer service provided to myself and also my husband. I would recommend to anyone within the Jacksonville to check them out

Dr Horn was great, she took her time and explained things that no other doctor had explained to me. Very nice lady. Her helper Emily, very funny, made me laugh while remaining professional. Abigail fit my glasses perfectly to my face, she's a sweetheart.

Excellent staff. Excellent Service. My husband and I had an excellent experience.

I have been going to this office for three years now. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable. Dr Collins and the others are engaging and thorough. I have never had any problems with them. They worked hard to solve many issues with my insurance coverage and the care. I recommend this place.

Dr. Westfall & some of the staff are nice. When it comes to dealing with them involving insurance, what a joke!!!! They don't submit the correct diagnosis & ICD code, so insurance then denies the claim. They refuse to fix their mistakes, take money when they shouldn't be & then refuse to refund it! Should have done a pre-authorization for my daughter's vision therapy to get it approved, but they didn't do it & continued to charge me every visit. Absolute insurance fraud & then on top of that, there was 2 HIPAA violations!!!! We are NOT the first people they have pulled this with!! Anna tried to help, but nothing ever came of it. Then there's Milinda.... She is AWFUL, beyond rude and a joke of an office manager!!! AVOID USING THEM FOR VISION THERAPY AT ALL COST, unless you enjoy paying out of pocket and then they refuse to refund your money for their mistakes!!!!!

This is bad but great, at every appointed time I schedule I'm always late. However Dr. Vanhorn still sees me. ! I thank her staff for having a pleasant attitude and atmosphere always! I'm gonna work on my arrival time so I don't make it tough for others. Thanks, Jacksonville Vision

Spent the $5000 dollars on eye molding contacts. after going back every 2 weeks for a long period of time Dr. Collins said they were not going to work. Gave me a pair of Glasses. I would not recommend This for anyone as I have since meet others with the same zero results. should have done more research on my own instead of listening to Dr. Collins
