Was impressed with Dr. Black and the care and attention she gives to client. Made it easy to ask questions and found her very thorough. Also impressed with the staff....very professional easy to talk to. Did not get her name but the girl who fitted me with the glasses was awesome.

Had never been here before, I'm so glad they had an opening for me in such short notice. Went in everyone was very kind and respectful. Doctor and his assistant was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. His assistant is funny and sweet. Loved her accent.

My first visit to Elite eye care and Optical was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the wait time was minimal. Dr.Black was very thorough during the exam and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options clearly. She was very knowledgeable, nice, friendly and cared about my eye problems. I was very impressed with her and plan to continue seeing her for my future needs. The staff in the optical department was also incredibly helpful in assisting me with my new frames. They had a large selection of glasses to choose from. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I recommend Dr. Black and Elite eye care.

They were able to book an appointment within three days of my call. Dr. Black was great. She was informative and thorough throughout the visit. The only reason I can't provide a five is the support staff did what was required, but the service provided was underwhelming. It didn't feel like my business was wanted. I guess I'm use to customer facing employees having more energy and more smiles.
