Fashima was very knowledgeable and helpful. The frame of my glasses broke and she was able to quickly find a frame that my lenses would fit. Within about an hour, I was able to see again. I didn't get the guy's name that was in the lab, but he did an excellent job of fitting the lenses to the new frame.

My experience with LensMasters has been a very good one. When I bought my glasses, the staff helped me pick out a great frame. My lenses were right the first time, which isn't always the case with a line -less bifocal. The staff is friendly and professional and their store is arranged for good viewing if the frames. Fast forward almost a year, and my lenses had scratches. I had purchased the anti scratch coating which is warrantied for a year. The lenses were replaced without any problems.
