Dr. Williams and his team have always treated me with respect and concern. Their wait times can be challenging occasionally but they move patients quickly through the process. Dr. Williams always listens attentively and not only answers my questions but he also makes sure I understand what he says. That's very important to me.

My experience with Dr. Steven Williams and Mid-South Retina has been fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, confident group to work with. Clinic visit and Hamilton Eye Institute Surgery Center experience has exceptionally great.

I've been seeing Dr Williams and getting injections into my eyes every 6-8 weeks, Dr Williams is professional and hurriedly kind . So far my eyes are doing good and I want to thank Dr Williams and all the staff for being there for us and doing a wonderful job!!

The Doctor is always kind and genuinely concerned about me. All the staff are just so caring. I always feel very well cared for! I am grateful to our Lord for the Dr. Sievers. They come from Memphis to treat patients unable to get that far. God bless Dr. Sievers and all his staff!

the wait was not very long. Staff was stoic but friendly. Dr Williams was quiet but answered my questions without a lot of explanations. I would recommend him due to his knowledge and experience. However, I am the type who wants DETAILS. The major complaint is the parking and from reading other reviews this is a long standing issue. The one thing I liked was not having to wait a long time for test results, treatments and to see the doctor

The staff was excellent. The wait time was awful. Waiting room was small and crampted. I'm transferring my next appointments to Blythevilke Ar. You service was outstanding and i truly appreciate all you all have done for me!!

I absolutely L-O-V-E Dr Williams and his staff! I wish they could clone him so he wasn't so stretched thin. All his people, whether new and learning or seasoned, are able to be efficient and personable in a short amount of time. The Dr himself, got my attention right away with FIRM and compassionate advice, warning me about my diabetes and what my world would be in a short amount of time. He gave me a ton of info with brochures and papers, telling me to take it seriously or I'll loose my sight forever. I buckled down, got my A1c way down and eventually kept it down to get the clearance for surguries. I've had one really hard surgury so far, and very successfully, with more to follow. He is my hero, and they all are my family. Thank you, everyone!!

The doctor Williams was fantastic as always. The nurses were great especially my check out nurse who made sure I got to my car. I had a hard time getting my IV but it worked out.
