They made me wait for two hours. There were new people who kept going in and nothing. They never passed me in. So I left.

I have a son who was in town for a short time and we needed his eyes checked. The gals at the front were super friendly and helpful. Able to get him seen and fixed up before he left. Super great service by all the staff! Always a good experience for us here at Ross!

Been coming here for two years and the quality of treatment is sky high!

I saw Dr. Kilgore and it was easily the best visit I've ever had. They were very knowledgeable about Mienere's disease and were very empathetic. Highly recommend

I have terrible eye sight, and I've routinely visited the optometrist since the age of 3 years old. After becoming an adult, I no longer had my mother's amazing insurance, and had issues finding a place to affordably/consistently go to get up to date care and prescriptions for my often problematic and changing eyesight to get glasses and contacts. Ross Eye Care was an AMAZING find! For the past 15 years, I could visit yearly with no insurance, and get the prescriptions AND a pair of contacts free every fitting. My prescription is STRONG so often I would have to get a trial pair until that wasn't exact, but they would get the closest to my prescription immediately, and get the exact one in SO fast, and would call me the second they came in (not making me call every day). People with less extreme prescriptions will definitely have their exact prescription though because they have a HUGE selection with so many brands available. They also worked with me and found the cheapest way for me to get boxes of contacts that fit me perfectly. After a few years I got really good insurance, but you couldn't pay me to switch to another eye doctor. From the second I walk in, I am greeted, and treated with so much respect, and all of the staff is so friendly and inviting even when I didn't have $100 to my name. If you are in a bind, don't have insurance, or would just like a place where you can feel comfortable, and get great care, THIS is the place to go. They also have really cool technology to check your eye health that I definitely recommend doing, and even though there are only two exam rooms there isn't a huge wait time. The one I go to is connected to walmart, so it's convenient to go run errands before or after, but if that isn't for you, they have a couple different locations I THINK. I actually look forward to going to the eye doctor which has normally always been somewhat traumatic and dreadful my entire childhood.

I do not recommend this place. Your first point of contact should be friendly. Not what I experienced recently & I have been with them several years. The doctors are always nice. That's why I gave them 3 stars. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service not hospital or welcoming at all. The young lady was unable to locate my child's Medicaid information in their system when other facilities were very proactive in locating or obtaining the information. Please keep in mind that I stated that we never received Medicaid cards only approval letters when I made the appointment on yesterday. I accept responsibility for not having this information but what upset me on today was the fact she was less than helpful, less than courteous or understanding. I called and obtained the information for her and she started whispering with the other woman that was working with her unfortunately for her I can read lips!!! So I pleasantly said "You're Welcome" which caught them both by surprise. Then the woman went on the other side of her out of my sight which gives the perception she had something additional to say this time she opted for discretion which is what she should have done in the first place. If there was any other place that accepted Medicaid for vision exams, I would've gone elsewhere! She escorted my child to the exam room and was even more unfriendly. The Optometrist performing the exam was great but his co-workers give him a bad break.

I love the doctors here. However the receptionist was very rude. I had my very young son in for his eye exam. We requested they not call him by his last name, for personal safety reasons and I explained them. She began arguing that they had to file under his last name. I told her I understand that and that's ok. But when you call him back please only use his first name only. She continues to argue. And finally I just tell her use his first name it's not that hard. File his insurance as usual just call him back by just his first name!
