Dr. Lawrence is THEE best! I always have a great visit/experience when I visit and the staff is top tier! No complaints ever. I would definitely recommend her practice to any one in the search of GREAT eye care :)

Valley View Vision is so professional and accommodating. Dr. Lawrence is an amazing and knowledgeable practitioner. When my father was having issues, she was so quick to explain and follow up with him. I would recommend them to everyone.

Our entire family just LOVES Dr. Lawrence and her entire staff! She is so thorough and efficient. She really listens and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Lawrence and the staff at Valley View Vision are very professional. My family and I see them for our regular vision needs and they are outstanding , but when we had an emergency this year, they were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure everything was done that could be done. I highly recommend them.

Every time I have ordered glasses or contacts from this place, there has been an issue. Wrong prescriptions. Waited two months past the order date to receive two different pairs of glasses that were supposed to be ready in a couple weeks. Most recently, I was told I was paying for two boxes of 12 contacts, and it says that on my prescription paper, but when I came to pick them up, they only gave me one. I also could not get a refund after waiting for an hour to talk to the manager because the first girl I talked to tried to tell me there was enough for a year in the box and I opened it to show her. That was a mistake. Do not recommend this business.

Dr. Lawrence is great. She always gets my prescription right. The vision center next door is awesome as well. They are well priced compared to most other places here in Jonesboro. Kerry is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got my glasses in 10 days. I would recommend both the eye clinic and the vision center.

My exam had to be done twice. The doctor argued with me when I said I couldn't see with the trial contacts. She also said that it didn't matter if they were put in backwards and I should just try them out even if they were wrong. Then the wrong prescription was written down to order my glasses after I specifically told her to make sure 3 times! The man at the front desk argued with me. When he found the notes the doctor made for the second exam he called to apologize. Waited another 2 weeks for glasses. Two months later they called saying my glasses were ready to pick up. This is the third pair ordered mind you. I don't know if my debit card was charged again or if my insurance is going to allow me another pair of glasses next year after this mess. This place is so unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. The male doctor that was there last year was great, but this blonde lady should not even be doing eye exams. She needs to go back to school. I will not be going here ever again. Next year, I will go to an actual doctor's office instead of Walmart. I should've know better. I do now. 2 stars is me being nice. It really should be a lower rating.
