Visionary Eye Care

I just visited this clinic for the first time. I am incredibly happy with the care I received. Dr. Matt Hoffman did my exam, and he was truly exceptional. He was so informative, taking the time to thoroughly answer my many questions during the visit. His approach was very personable, making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Overall, he is a great doctor, and I highly recommend him.

I just wanted to brag on their staff real quick. Poor Shae at the desk had to take my phone call at least 3 times the other day. She was so patient and understanding with me as I tried to book an appointment for my super busy husband. I really appreciate her tolerating me. LOL I had to call back multiple times because I had to keep checking with him on appointment times and such, and she just laughed it off and didn't at all act like I was a bother. Just a cheery disposition and a pleasant conversation every time. I hate being the middle man in these situations, but she was amazing. Thank you, Shae!

I was looking for a new optometrist and did a Google search. I came across Visionary Eye Care and read through their website. I decided that Dr. Courtney seemed like a good fit and seemed nice, so I set up an appointment. She was WONDERFUL. I am hard of hearing and the office staff and optometry staff were all very helpful and explained everything thoroughly before I took my glasses off as I wouldn't be able to read lips without them. Dr. Courtney was amazing during my exam in general but showed extra care to foster comfort during my exam due to my hearing loss. I got my glasses in a week and the prescription is perfect. I think I have found my eye care home in NEA!

Dr. Courtney and her staff gave me my vision and life back. As a KC patient it's hard to find someone that really understand the treatment and the lens process. Dr Courtney never made it feel like I was taking her time up asking questions or helping get the fit just right. I left her office today wearing my scalers and wow I've seen stuff that I haven't really seen in years. Dr Courtney made sure I had a way to contact her after hours for any questions adjusting to the hard lens's if you need your options go see dr Courtney and her staff.

I've been coming here since it was Wood-Wood-Young Vision Clinic. I am very happy with both Dr Matt and Dr Courtney, I've seen them both on different occasions due to emergencies but my main Dr is Dr Matt. They are both delightful doctors and Dr Matt is always so informative and thorough with answering my many questions every time i visit the clinic.

I have been going to see Dr. Courtney for years. She is always very attentive and listens to what I have to say and takes that into consideration when making recommendations. She also seems to really care. Even though it didn't affect my vision, when I was having some issues with my blood pressure she made sure to mention some things I needed to tell the doctor and even recommended a good doctor in town. I have also been seen by Dr. Matthew a handful of times and he was always very kind as well. The glasses selection in store is a bit limited, but if you find a name brand frame online you like they can usually order it, or they will give you your prescription with no hassle so you can shop online. They also have a generous return policy on glasses, and I've had to exchange a pair before because I ended up not liking the pair I ordered and it was hassle free.

I've been seeing Dr. Courtney for about 3-4 years. She is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. They provide excellent quality of care. I highly recommend them!

Visionary Eye Clinic is by far the best place in Jonesboro to receive eye care! Dr Hoffman and staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease at all times. Everyone actually cares about the patient and their eye care needs. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
