I just finished my first appointment with mcfarland , and I left with nothing but happy tears. I've dealt with strab my entire life. I've been turned down by so many doctors , including the one who referred me to Dr.Rook. She was intelligent, well spoken ...presentable. Her confidence and obvious knowledge of my disorder set me at ease. I decided to go through with the surgery and we'll review again after March 9th.I suppose lol!!!

Great practice. My only complaint is they charge a $75 reschedule fee. I had to reschedule the night before my appointment. Upon my next appointment I was made to pay the $75. This was not explained to me when my appointment was rescheduled. That is a very steep fee. Other than that they are very thorough and the atmosphere of the office was very pleasant. Besides the rescheduling fee I would have given them five stars.

Absolutely LOVE this particular office and staff for my eye care. Professional, friendly and courteous. Great selection of eye wear to choose from as well, if you do need glasses. The Dr. and her assistant that helped me, listened to a very particular need I asked for in getting my next pair of glasses and absolutely came through for me. I can't wait to get my new pair of glasses and see the difference it will make for me. THANKS to everyone in ALL your locations that are involved in helping others in such a meaningful process of eye care.

We wouldn't even think of patronizing any clinic bearing the McFarland except for my wife's previous experience with Dr Stephanie Willetts. After being my wife's eye doctor for years this was my first need for an eye doctor and my wife refused to let me go to anyone else. Now I know why as she is a wonderful person and fabulous doctor. I would give my recent visit a 100% rating. As long as Dr Willets is practicing I will go nowhere else!
