This is a great place to get your eyes done. Quick and easy no pain. Just a little suction discomfort but that is to be expected. Everyone reassured me that everything was going to be good the doctor came in and talked to us prior to getting the surgery done to know what to expect. It is a very unique experience of getting your eyes done but once they are done it is fantastic. The staff that's on hand in West Little Rock are very great people they explain every step of what's going to be happening with you and your new eyes. If you thought about getting this done please definitely do it. definitely worth your time of getting your eyes done I've had eyeglasses since I was 6 and now i don't need them. Superior and professional 10 thumbs up.

My experience with TLC was amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful. I had a million questions and they answered them all without annoyance. The procedure itself only lasted a few minutes, then recovery is a breeze just take a nap. I did experience eye fatigue in the first couple of days, but should right itself with time. I'm very very pleased with the results. I have been wearing glasses or contacts since 4th grade that's 30+ years for me, and it feels so wonderful to wake up and not put glasses to see what time it is on my phone!!!! I scheduled my consultation on Monday, and by Friday I was already in the surgery room. I could see normally just two days later. The procedure was a little intimidating at first, but it was definitely worth it. The service was great, and everyone made the process smooth and reassuring. Like they said many times, my only regret is not getting it done sooner. You should definitely go for it.

I had an amazing experience with my LASIK surgery. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. The procedure itself was very quick. I did feel some pressure during the surgery, which increased my anxiety a bit, but the doctor and staff were right there reassuring me the entire time. Their calm guidance helped me stay relaxed and confident that everything was going smoothly. I'm so grateful for their professionalism, support, and kindness. Highly recommend!

Easier than I had ever expected. Quick and helpful staff made the experience great. Best of all I'm able to see without glasses or contacts for the first time in over 35 years. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner

Everyone is very friendly. Kendall was AMAZING!! Very smart and informative! Dr. Haan was also wonderful; very friendly and made sure I understood all options. Dr. Miller then came in and explained the procedure and made sure I completely understood and all my questions were answered. I had my consult, exam and procedure all the same day. The procedure itself was quick. They explained every step (including what I would experience, feel, see) before it happened. The blink guards they put in my eyes were very uncomfortable. The procedure itself wasn't bad. Pretty quick; less than 20 minutes. They provide all eye drops you will need before they do the procedure. I was driven home afterwards. There was a lot of burning, light sensitivity and tearing (which they told me to expect.) They give you sunglasses, but I put a cloth over my eyes to block the sun and it helped tremendously! My pre-op vision was "worse than 2400, -6". 1 day post-op left eye 20/20, right eye 20/30. Still a little blurry at times and still having some burning. They tell me this will all improve over the next week up to 3 months. I feel I was very well taken care of, knew what to expect, and know what to watch for. I'm VERY happy with my results so far and highly recommend this clinic and the staff!

After 30 years of wearing glasses, I can finally wake up every morning without having to put on glasses before I even start my day and that feeling is incredible. From the first consultation to post-op care, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick, and the results have truly been life changing. Dr. Miller and Dr. Han and all the staff were wonderful! I have been wanting to have Lasik for a long time and finally got the courage to do it. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything in great detail. The procedure was so quick and easy and painless. It's been 3 days since the procedure and I can tell my eyes are still healing but I can also tell I can see better! I'm very happy I decided to have it done and would recommend TLC to everyone!
