I had a very disappointing experience at this office today when picking up my contact lenses. I waited a full month for them to come in, and when I arrived, I simply asked a question about the prescription because it didn't match what I remembered being printed at my visit. Instead of receiving help, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the receptionist. While I was standing there trying to clarify the issue, she was openly gossiping with a coworker and seemed irritated that I was asking for assistance. She offered sample contacts and told me to just try them, but I was only trying to understand the discrepancy in the paperwork. When I explained this, her tone became even more dismissive. I even left to retrieve the prescription paper I had from my visit to show her what I meant. When I returned, she told me -- again in a rude manner -- that I was looking at my eyeglass prescription, not my contact prescription. I thanked her and said that explanation made sense, but I also told her I felt she had been unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. She responded that she was busy and had other things to do. I understand offices get busy, but customer service is still part of the job. A simple explanation and basic courtesy would have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, the interaction escalated due to her tone and attitude. As I was leaving, she sarcastically called out "have a great day" and even clapped, which felt extremely unprofessional. I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but this experience stood out because I was treated as an inconvenience for asking a reasonable question about my own prescription. I hope management addresses customer service expectations, because patients deserve respectful communication.

Branden was very helpful going through the exam. I felt it was more thorough & I am pleased with this appointment with the other doctors as well that I saw on veh.

Diajah. Was very helpful to me in choosing my eyewear at MyEYEDR IN Magnolia AR. She was very patient while I exhausted her Eyewear selection for the perfect pair of glasses. Thanks Daijah !

Horrible experience!! I ended up with what I thought was a stye after my appointment and it reoccurred a couple weeks later but multiple small bumps. I'm pissed, they don't clean their equipment! On top of it all they called to say they couldn't find me in the insurance system I talked with Medicaid to confirm my eligibility and they said I was active and that My Eye Dr needed to call the provider line so I told the office that! They called me asking what was going on and I told them that I've reiterated that they need to do the due diligence and call the insurance provider line not just try to push it through a system!

I've been bringing my youngest daughter here since 2023, and she absolutely loves it. The staff is highly dedicated and provides exceptional care for the patients. The doctor is not only compassionate but also an attentive listener, making every visit a positive experience.

Lied about the price of my glasses, after charging my insurance over $200 and $45 out of pocket for my exam , I was left with a $240 balance and told me I had time to get them. When I called to get them , they told me it would be over $500 and that I was given a promotional period that expired. They failed to inform me of that . Now I don't have any eyeglasses . I will not give them my business any more. Sad

This business is awesome! Let me start by saying that once you walk into this location, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are VERY patience, nice, and helpful. Every time I have called or visited, the staff has always presented with a wonderful attitude. They are also helpful with different options on contacts and glasses. I recommend anyone who needs eye care needs to visit them. Mrs. Jennifer is an angel :)
