My husband called to make an appointment and asked if they took his insurance ( a very common vision insurance). He was told yes. He arrived for his appointment and was told there were 2 people ahead of him. When he got in to see the doctor, he was told that they did not take his insurance because (it is a pain to deal with). Very unprofessional!

I have to find rides as I don't drive. The Med Bus did not schedule me. I called to let them know. Dr. Salman answered. He was very rude that this is not acceptable like it is all my fault. He told me I need to find a ride. This knocks him out of seeing a Patient. I have NEVER been treated this way by ANY EYE DOCTOR . I don't know if I want to go back to him.
My visit I was there nearly 3 hours past my appointment time as he had 3 Emergencies come in. I never complained.
I am just very hurt. I don't understand how he expects me to be understanding when he isn't.

Very thorough exam, plan for a longer appointment as Dr. Selman spent a long time with me, explaining test results. The price of the actual glasses was very fair. I did have to wait a while for an appointment, but he saw me at the scheduled appointment time. It appears he doesn't overbook as most doctors.
