Spoke with Debbie today, very rude. My family first visit was in May, the providers were wonderful. However Debbie was not. We will not return. My son is a diabetic and we were calling to get his contact reordered because we only recieve a 6 month supply. She argued with me on the phone that they signed for a year supply (very unprofessional) we had no reason to lie. You have only one time to give me bad customer service anywhere and I will not return. She pretty much told me my son was lying. That was a draw!!! Btw we were prepared to pay out of pocket before we were accused of lying to get free contacts I guess.. I hope this wasnt racially motivated!!!

I had long wait and when my son was seen the exam was really quick. Dr. Long visited with a pharmaceutical rep prior to our visit and that was probably longer than my son's exam. Dr. Long said my son's vision was fine but he continued to to issues seeing things. I took him to Dr. Max Horner in NLR and he confirmed that my son was near sighted and has an astigmatism. I reported my experience to the Arkansas Board of Optometry and my vision insurance.

I have never been loyal to any eye clinic until finding this group. Everyone in the office is truly dedicated to providing exemplary care and their selection of style and price in their eyewear is always amazing. You feel like family at Maumelle Eye Care!

I've always had a great experience at Dr longs office, there were times when I couldn't afford glasses and Dr longs office was affiliated with the lions club organization and that's how I got my glasses.

Best Dr we have seen in a long time, compassionate and friendly. Loved!
