I have been a patient of Dr. Manning since relocating to Arkansas, two years ago. He is very thorough during his in-office visits/consultations. You will not leave confused about any diagnosis or other eye health concern. Additionally, there have been situations where I needed an emergency visit and while the office was fully booked, he still made time to see me the same day. Staff is also very sweet, knowledgable and professional. Top quality of ophthalmology health care offered in this area! HIGHLY, highly recommend

Went to Dr. Manning today. Told him my eye lid problem.. i have been treated for this same exact problem 2 years prior and was treated by steroid RX. I told him of my pass treatment. He had me read a eye chart and prescribed an OTC eyedrops. The same exact kind I have been using for 4 YEARS. And I advised him of this!!! USELESS!!!
