Great service! Answered all my questions, went above and beyond helping me with everything from emergencies to new contacts. I highly recommend Dr. Bell and his crew.

They over charge for eyeglass frames,, & broke my spare frames so I would have to buy new frames

Dr Bell is wonderful and is staff use to be also, but this new guy he has, Tony, is not very friendly or helpful. He acts as if he really doesn't want to help nor want to be there. He sounds good on the phone, when i asked about if the dr was still there he didn't answer and just hung up on me.

Dr Bell has taken care of my eyes for over 25 years. I have never had a problem with him, his staff or my glasses. He keeps up to date with eye diseases & treatments. He doesn't just check your eyes for a new prescription for glasses. He takes into account other health issues you may have that might be contributing your eye problem. I highly recommend him.

I've been going to Dr Bell for years. He is great. But Tony is very rude. I took my husband in because he had something in his eye. His eye was real red and irritated. I tried to call to make an appointment but kept getting a busy signal. I told Tony when we got there that the line was busy he said rudely "because we are busy". No reason they should leave the phone off the hook. I tried calling 8 times within an hour. They were not busy. 2 people sitting there. My husband tried to tell him about his eye . Tony says we see people with red eyes all the time. Rude people like that shouldn't work in public!!!!

The recptionist is horrendous. She put the wrong contact size down after I showed her the curvature I wore. They refused to exchange them. After I had Walmart make my trifocals with digital Nikon lenses, We discovered Dr Bells office had written the wrong prescription. They never did correct that. The receptionist wanted to bill me again. I want nothing to do with the crooks.

Good luck setting up an appointment, phone was busy for over 2 hours, so I went up there to ask about availability of setting one up and the receptionist seemed upset that I'd even come in to ask. I mentioned the phone was busy while she was using it and I just got told " we only have 1 phone, so yeah..." not sure if they're using the business phone to talk to friends or what but idk of any place that has a phone that takes over 2 hours to set up a few appointments. Over all they just acted like I was a nuisance for just coming in to ask one question that takes maybe 5 seconds to answer.

Wow..I swear Dr. BELL IS AMAZING. However that recipients is to young or something because she talks to people like she is annoyed to be there doing her job. She should find something that makes her happy to do. This isnt the job for her.
