We had a great experience. Dr. Roles was knowledgeable regarding our son's visual processing issues and was able to refer us to more specific care while addressing his correction needs. She was also knowledgeable in guiding my husband who is experiencing new correction needs. The office staff was kind, professional, and helpful, as well. Thankful for this level of care in our small town.

I highly recommend MyEyeDr in Mena! Everyone we dealt with throughout our whole appointment was friendly and great to work with. Dr. Roles takes the time to explain all the things she is doing and is so kind. Bonnie was so helpful and great to work with while choosing glasses and contacts. I wish I remembered the names of the other 2 people I talked to because they were all great! Nothing but good things to say about our experience here!!

They are all super friendly and helpful! I was using someone else a 3 years ago and tried to schedule an appointment but they were booked out for 6 months. I called myeyedr and they got me in within two weeks and I have been using them ever since!

Everytime when I come to my appointment they are so nice and friendly. They always have a smile on their face. Bonnie was very patient and nice with me while I was looking for the right glasses.

My husband had an appointment today 12-29-2025....when we got there, they couldn't find where they had his record pulled. They checked the computer and it had been changed. I ask when was it changed because I had signed in on the text they had sent to confirm. They said 27th, but we didn't get notifications of the change. The blonde (looked bleached) receptionist gave us a card for the appointment January 6th. I said we probably won't be here. The receptionist was VERY rude and unconcerned of the situation. Words were exchanged and she said you can't talk to me like that( like what??), and shaking her finger at me. I told them I would report this, and I was also going to say that when we've had appointments before, some of the staff were talking about their co-workers and patients. One lady came out to our car, and I said I'm not discussing it any farther. We have been going there for several years. But not anymore. We will not be treated as if, "oh well", you don't matter!!

They were very thorough. Explained things I had never even heard before and I've been wearing glasses for some time now. Great job as far as I'm concerned.

Been going here for years and they are absolutely amazing with me and both my kids. My son was really young when he started with them and they were patient and sweet to him. I love this eye Drs and would recommend them to anyone needing an eye Dr

Very poor professionalism. I made my appointment online at least a week in advance. Got to my appointment then the lady tells me that Dr wouldn't be there and I'd have to come back almost 2 hours later or another day, after Ihad rearraged my work scheduleanddrove 45 minutesto get there. I said I wish someone would have called me. She said she did, except there has been no call or voicemail from them. I had received emails confirming my appointment. I try to keep using local businesses to keep my tax dollars here, but people that do business in this way, is why we have to drive to bigger towns. Now I'll be going to someone different. It has went way downhill since Dr. Liles left, sad for our town.
