Contact Lens & Vision Care

I have been going her forever. The doctors are excellent. But the front desk is a train wreck. I get so frustrated and ask myself why I even for here and why I haven't switched over yet. I have been lazy since it's in the Walmart on McCain and it's convenient. I have never wrote a review before. But every time I call. I get placed on hold for over 15 minuses and I eventually hang up. Last night I just wanted to order contacts and they never answered the phone. It's busy. And I've had to drive up there and see that they just haven't been answering there phones and then I place my order. Last time abother girl was having the same problem and had to drive up there. I literally just called to make an appt and of course had to hang up bc it took forever on hold. The front desk is completely frustrating and makes it a bad experience. I guess it's time to find another one.

Called on a Mon got appt for 2:00 pm on Wed got there 30 min early filled out paper work Ins turned down because they did not accept that Ins went ahead and paid for visit waited and waited till 2:45 ask why they had appt of they were not going to honor them doc refused to see me They did refund my money only nice thing about that visit
