Brandy, Jimmy and Amber gave such excellent service. We got right in as a walk in . We did not have a long wait. They had a great selection on glasses and the atmosphere was amazing.

I'm convinced all the positive reviews were given incentives. I made the appointment because of the two single vision glasses, eye exam, and same day service for $80. I've been wearing glasses since 3rd grade (I'm in my 30's) so I had a good hunch it was too good to be true but I went with it anyways. As soon as I got there the guy Jimmie attached himself to me. He even waited outside of my eye exam at one point to show me glasses on his phone. It freaked me out but I was trying to be nice and just get my eyes taken care of. The eye exam isn't even done by somebody on sight. It's some lady on a computer who is sitting in a cubicle who English isn't her first language. I'm curious if it's a cheaper way around hiring a real ophthalmologist. I grin and bare it because again I really need new glasses. I get done with the eye exam and the door opens and Jimmy is waiting for me to talk to me more about glasses. This is when I knew whatever the outcome was I would not be using this place again. I decide I only want one pair because it's clear this isn't just an $80 situation. I chose three maybe pair. I didn't love them but again I need glasses. He sits me down and the price starts extremely escalating. I had more than enough money but I wasn't trying to spend nothing crazy because I really didn't love anything in the store. Jimmy starts getting a slight attitude saying how much did you really think you were gonna pay? As if that would embarrass me into spending more money. I told him I don't want to spend $275 on a pair I don't love after already spending the $80 after the exam. He snatched all three pairs I had sitting on the table and said "fine have a good day" and walked off. It was the most uncomfortable I've ever felt. BUT it definitely taught me to keep my business at Bryant family eye care where I've been going for years.

We were treated so professionally! The staff is great and knowledgeable, helpful too. Spencer and Jimmie are fabulous at helping select the right glasses for your face and frame. I feel the prices are so low compared to other optical places and saved money on 2 pairs of progressive glasses.

Had a great experience they are out network for us but our buying experience was wonderful. So much so we r on our 3rd buying experience. Greeted at the door with warm welcomes and very knowledgeable staff. They even serviced my Rayban meta glasses. 10 out 10

While the staff was very nice, they use scammy advertising, ensuring that they will never receive another visit from me. Their website says that they will get you 2 pairs of glasses for 79 dollars in 30 minutes. However, it fails to mention that they do not keep the regular plastic lenses in stock at all. Meaning that if you want to get the glasses on the same day, you have to pay an extra 53 dollars for poly carbonate lenses.

Visited today so that my boyfriend could get an eye exam and new glasses. Upon entering we say how clean and organized the store was and was then greeted by Ms. Brandy. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. Keyed us in on deals and tried to make everything affordable when ordering his glasses. I will be returning soon for my appointment and glasses thanks to her.

This experience was aaaauuuuhhhmaaaaaazzziinnggggg. From the time we walked through the door Mr. Jimmie, Ms. Kayla, and Mr. Spencer took very great care of us. It was a 5 star experience!!! If you need glasses this is your place.

As a Soldier who was going to school during the shutdown, Mr. Spencer took care of me and I received glasses that same day (which helped in my qualifications for Rifle and Class). I definitely will come back to Stanton Optical and possibly thinking of moving here because of the hospitality, care and concern for me as a military individual. I also would like to thank Mr. Jimmie and Ms. Brandy for helping me as well, letting me know about the new location and how they take care of the residents and community of Little Rock Arkansas.
