The new building looks awesome and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and detail oriented.

The eye exam part was fine when my glasses came in the first time I told her they were off. Something was bad wrong with them. I couldn't even read the paper in front of me at all so she kept trying to tell me it's going ahead and take them with me and where. I'm a few days so my eyes can adjust and I kept telling her there's no way they won't work. Sent them back. The distant vision is still kind of something's wrong with that. The bifocals one of them I can see with the other one I got to turn my head to the side just a little bit to look through it so they're not right. The second time it's been 3 or 4 weeks. My work glasses are still not come in. This is a Friday I called it shows they're open but when you call it says they're closed. On Thursday I called at 3:30. It shows they're open till 5:00 but it said they were closed so they need to fix their hours. It's just been a really bad experience and I won't be going back

These folks sent me emails and texts that I was overdue for an exam, which I was. I intended to make an appointment, but just never got around to it.
Then, they start texting me that I had an appointment coming up that apparently was made on my behalf by the clinic. I never responded and the appointment has come and gone. This is shady business practice and I will be finding a new eye clinic.

This place is THE WORST. The doctor acted like everything I said meant nothing. She practically scoffed at me when I would tell her what was going wrong with me. She told me nothing was wrong with my eyes and that I could see fine, and I kept telling her seeing wasn't my problem, I can see fine, it HURTS to see tho. My eyes hurt all the time and there is constant pressure behind them. She insisted nothing was wrong with me. I finally went to a second doctor who discovered I am farsighted and need bifocals. I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all.
