I adore Dr. Bell! I came to know he and his darling wife first as neighbors before I decided to visit his practice. The office is beautiful and the staff have all been wonderful. Dr. Bell takes great care of my eyes. He was quick to notice that I had something going on that looked suspect and promptly had set up an appointment for me with our area's specialist who confirmed Dr. Bell's initial diagnosis of a retinal detachment. I had had no accidents and zero symptoms so I was completely unaware of the situation that was going on. I'm still scratching my head on how it happened, but suffice it to say that Alex's quick actions in setting up my appointment with a specialist the next day resulting in sclera buckle surgery mere days thereafter saved my eyesight! It was just dumb luck that I had gone for my annual exam. If you are looking for great bedside manner and someone who really takes the time to care for his patients then you've found him in Alex Bell. I really can't say enough nice things about Dr. Bell and his family. Now, go see him!

I went in for a routine annual contact lens exam but had been having some lens discomfort. My appointment turned into a medical visit when Dr Bell listened to my symptoms, did an examination of my eyelids, and found a condition that required treatment. Dr Bell was thorough and patient in answering my many questions and coming up with a plan for treatment. All of the staff was kind, courteous, and I felt very well cared for.

By far the best eye exam I've ever had and I've been getting an eye exam every year for the last 25 years. Dr. Bell and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed through. They explained everything and why they were doing it. The office staff were also very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this office over any other in the area!

Everyone I encounter at Parenti-Morris is professional, friendly, and helpful, from the those at the front desk, to those doing preliminary tests, to my Dr. Morris! I so appreciate the way Dr Morris explains things and takes the time to make sure I understand my eye health. I feel comfortable asking questions and know I will get the information I need.

The eye doctor was friendly and personable, she explained what she was looking at and things I needed to do to help ease the stress on my eyes. I didn't care for the process of picking out glasses. Having someone hover around you and hand you glasses that they like made the process uncomfortable. Going forward I'll probably buy the prescription elsewhere.

Great care. Dr. Morris is one of the best. He does a great job of thinking through and addressing any issues. The office staff are friendly and very efficient. I have gone here for years and would never consider going elsewhere.
