Dr Merwin is phenomenal. After seeing multiple optometrists, with subpar service, I was able to get a last minute appointment to see her before year end. I was blown away by her relatable friendliness and how thorough she was with her questioning and exam. She performed many procedures I had never experienced before and then wasn't in a hurry to scoot me out the door. She took time to answer my questions. Because of how impressed I was, i told my husband to get in with her as well. Because she is ophthalmologist, I took my 83 old father Merwin (seriously, it's his given name) to see her for sudden double vision issues etc. I was impressed before, but WOW! She was amazing with him and was even more amazing and thorough with him. Even to the point of calling a neurologist on our behalf to explain her findings and her recommendations. If you don't already understand how I feel about her caring, capabilities and professionalism, I recommend you make an appointment yourself and experience the difference. With that all said, I hope that she doesn't get too busy that I now won't be able to get in quickly

The team treated me great and answered every one of my questions. Let me look at multiple brands in pairs of glasses and the Doc talk me through contacts glasses. Everything I needed to know it was a good experience great experience and recommend everybody use it.

I love Dr. Merwin! She listens to my vision issues and tries new ideas to help solve for them. The clinic is friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to others.

I recently visited Bentonville Eye Care with my two-year-old son, and it was a wonderful experience. Dr.Pierce was incredibly calm and patient, which really helped put my son at ease. He engaged with my son in a playful and gentle manner, making the examination smooth and stress-free. The clinic's environment was welcoming and friendly, which made the entire visit comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience at Bentonville Eye Care at Pinnacle! Dr. Coats was friendly and did a very thorough eye exam. And the staff were so helpful with finding the best frames for my glasses that fit my face and also accommodate my no-line bifocal lenses. I've been wearing them for a few days now and they're perfect! Highly recommend.

First time patient experience: check in was quick, didn't wait long! Dr. Murphy was great and it was very easy talking to him and asking questions. Cindy was also very friendly and helpful when it came to picking a frame!

Dr. Coats was very helpful and was not eager to try and sell me on anything I didn't need. He helped me understand not only where my eye health currently was but where it could go and some tips on how to slow down the process. I'm grateful for the genuine care.

Really personable doc and staff - from the moment I walked in to the finishing touches on a new prescription and eyewear, BEC-Pinnacle did an excellent job! The whole visit, which for me meant new patient visit, took maybe 25 minutes including all of the intial testing. They were able to pull up my older prescription for comparison, and ran all the tests with their equipment in short order. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth process. Thanks, ya'll!
