I've been going to them for awhile now. Very kind and friendly staff. Helpful with insurance. They always explain what they are doing. Dr. Rowland is very professional and easy to talk with. Does a through exam and always asks if there are any questions before you leave. Vanessa is so helpful, polite and willing to assist you in picking out your frames and goes over the cost and finance of your new glasses. Very pleased with the overall appointment!
