I received a message that my glasses were ready to pick up. When I got to the vision center, they could not dispense my glasses because the licensed technician was at lunch. They said she would be back in 30 minutes. I did some shopping around and went back in 30 minutes. The person was still not back. I was told three times that she was, "On her way back." I waited over an hour for the technician to get back. There was not another day of the week that I could pick up my glasses due to my work schedule; otherwise, I would have left. I understand there are regulations to dispensing glasses; however, if the vision center only has one person who can dispense glasses, then that person should have a set lunch time and customers should be notified (similar to how the pharmacy handles lunches).

Update: it's now two days after the day they sad my glasses would be in and they're still not in. Good service doesn't trump late service.
