The staff and doctor at the clinic and the eye care center were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend it to anyone needing glasses or contact lenses. It seem very clean and sanitized. I felt very welcome and informed.

No problems with wait time, staff or Doctor Turner. However, their Covid precautions are SEVERELY lacking. Walked in and no masks on front desk ladies. They put them on after I arrived. One wore her mask below her nose the whole time. Doctor Turner also DID NOT wear a mask. The instruments in the exam room were dusty and dirty looking. I feel super gross and pray that I wasn't exposed to the virus.

No longer taking walk-ins...won't even make an exception for an OTR owner op truck driver. Never know when I'm going to be home so it's hard to make an appointment for anything. Been going here for many many years....not anymore. The staff was always friendly but if exceptions can't be made then forced to find a new optometrist that can accommodate my schedule. Sad
