Very poor customer service. Went to get lens cleaner, only could give me one bottle. Told me they would refill my other bottles, however last time I was in there they said they do not refill any more. Have been going there for over 10 years spend lots of money. Call the manager and she said that was company policy. Lose a client over a .50 cent bottle of cleaner. Not going back.

I would give no stars if I could. The Dr. is fantastic and I truly like him specially for me whose vision is nothing but horrible. However, I will never return to them again, I have even referred them to family and friends. I have seen them before and I cannot believe the difference on how I was treated this time and the prior times I have been. The staff was very unprofessional and did not have anything together. Now I now sometimes you have a bad day but the whole staff each person was not having a great day. It has been a month and a half since I saw the doctor and ordered my glasses and I will be requesting a refund.
