I recently moved back here after being away for over 25 years, l would have given them a 10 star review if it was just based on the EYE EXAM but the customer service was terrible and no one apologize, l had a set appointment waited for almost an hour no one said anything once l got back there they had me mixed up with another patient again no one apologized. Once l was in the back waited another 30 minutes Came up front ordered glasses it was different as well his name was Patrick Husband went the next day GREAT EXAM BY DOCTOR! again we both had appointments he waited over an hour and dealing with several issues with our insurance not on the insurance side but Patrick, it has been a nightmare the insurance company had to call because we were given the wrong information he has been rude and very cold, l will continue to use them because of the Doctor but it has been a nightmare dealing with the customer service and Patrick and no one has apologized Being new to them and us both using them has been very frustrating. Next year we may look for another DOCTOR or maybe she will be at another location where the people are treated with respect and with dignity. Customer service is so hard to find. It's not something that can be taught either. You have it or you don't. I've been in the healthcare and Legal field for over 30 years and I realize that people have lost businesses lost people who would have supported them but the Customer Service was horrible. This was not a good experience for us at all, neither myself nor my husband. even though I talked to Patrick several times his tone and customer service skills were a -0 My husband has been on the same job for the last 30 years. We've had the same insurance never had issues with any of it It was not an insurance issue. It was a in-house issue with them. There is so much more that I can say, but this is enough. I think I just so disappointed very disappointed. first impressions are everything and I told him that when a new person is coming into your business bringing you business with so much competition around you you would think that it would've been Treat it better. Customer Service can either grow a business or destroy a business and I'm so disappointed with that part Of the business again, great eye doctor, great eye doctor

Great place. Everyone is friendly and helpful BUT plan on waiting for a bit. That is my only issue, my appt. maybe at 11 but it will be 12 or 12:30 before I'm seen. So plan accordingly but other than that it is wonderful.

Great place, great staff and wonderful doctors willing to help in anyway possible. I've been going to them for years and I don't plan on changing eye doctors ever!!
