Great place to get your vision checked. They are very knowledgeable and super professional . I love the fact that they take their time to work the prices out to make sure you get coverage from your insurance at the most convenient cost.

The Only good thing about Brandon's is they have a good selection of glasses. Now to the bad; bad customer service and customer satisfaction. I went to a different eye clinic where I needed my prescription transferred and Brandon's did what they could to prolong the transfer. I spent 1 hour waiting for the transfer after calling 4 times to remind them to transfer the prescription. Another time I went into Brandon's to fix my glasses I had bought from them, the nose pad was broken and was sharp where it was cutting my nose. I asked to file it down or help relive pain and said she couldn't do anything and didn't even try. She said I had to order glasses that will take weeks to come in. she was willing to let me deal with these conditions until they came in. I took my business to Advanced Family Care where they took great care of me.

I had my first visit here yesterday to be treated for a chemical burn, the staff and Dr Perry were wonderful. I had ruined my last pair of contact lenses. They gave me a replacement pair and took excellent care of me. I'll be going back next week for my exam and this will be where I continue to go. I am new to Springdale and happy to have discovered a great eye clinic in my new hometown.

Ok I am working in Springdale this week and my glasses broke. I am a long way from home and cant really see anything, I called and told the folks at Brandon Eye Clinic my issue and they said bring it by they would see what they could do. I knew the answer was going to be $500+ and new lens and frames but i went anyway. They took my glasses and checked my insurance to see if i had coverage. They verified what i knew that i did not have any coverage until January but they still took the glasses back and 10 minutes later they returned them fixed with spare parts. They don't match 100% but they are close and they are functional and will probably last until my insurance kicks in. I tried to pay them and they would not take my money the just said come back next time you need glasses. What a class act this place is NWA you should be glad you have them. I will be back in Jan even if my project here is finished.

They have helped me get back the things I enjoy most like reading. Friendly staff that really took time to help get my prescription correct and answer all my questions to better understand what I can do to improve my vision and my life.
