I had upper eyelid surgery on both eyes along with correction of my eye muscles, and honestly I was quite unsure beforehand. It wasn't an easy decision for me. Thankfully, the doctor took plenty of time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made me feel much more confident about going ahead. On the day of the surgery I was a bit nervous, but I was welcomed by calm, friendly staff who quickly helped me relax. The procedure went very well -- I actually fell asleep during the operation and was woken up when it was finished. Afterwards I didn't have any real pain, just some mild discomfort the first evening. I did get some swelling and a few bruises, but far less than I had expected. Overall, the whole experience was honestly much better than I had imagined. I really felt seen, cared for and taken seriously throughout the entire process, which means a lot when you're going through something like this. I can warmly recommend this clinic. If I ever need a similar procedure again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you for such a safe and positive experience.

It's coming up on 3 months since I've had my eyes done at Bangkok Eye Aesthetics. Here's my honest opinion if you're looking to get this treatment done. I've been working in surgical field for 20 years. There are nuances us "insiders" look for in regards to competency and compassion of the doctor and their team. I went to get several different consults but what made me decide on choosing this clinic was the care and competency of entire team from the initial contact. Do your due diligence, there's definitely good doctors all over Bangkok. I just felt most comfortable and confident with Bangkok Eye Aesthetics. It was a very smooth and convenient process.

I'm early 60's male from California who had lower eyelid surgery with Dr J mostly for fat bags. He is absolutely the best. Could not be happier. He speaks excellent English, only does eyes (2-3 surgeries a day), and communication from first video call to in personal consultation was awesome. I initially wanted the inner eyelid surgery as I did not want scar externally. When we met, Dr J. said the outer incision would be best as the inner might not get all the fat from the corners. I went with his recommendation and am very happy I did. It's been 10 days since surgery and I can hardly see any sign of scaring. I still have some brushing and swelling but is to be expected. Surgery took about 2.5 hours and I was awake the entire time. Only pain was shots to numb the area. Not painless but not too bad. Otherwise no discomfort during surgery except for having to sit still for so long. I also had some heart tests done at Medpark and that hospital is amazing. Also Dr. J's staff - Nurse (here name) and Siri are fantastic and respond via text/email so quickly. In summary, if you're from USA or anywhere and need eye rejuvenation this is the place to come to. Doctor Jirach is an very experience ophthalmologist which knows what is the best for you. No hard selling, just straight to the problem. After one week recovering from surgery, I can already see the difference with the puffiness and tear trough significance lighten.
