I am beyond grateful to Bangkok Vision Center for their extraordinary care and compassion. During my first international trip to Thailand, I lost my prescription contacts and glasses and urgently needed replacements. I genuinely wish Bangkok Vision Center was my home optometry clinic back in the US. The owner/ Optometrist, and staff went completely above and beyond. Not only were they able to perform my exam and prepare both contact lenses and glasses within the hour, but when I returned the next day - just one hour before heading to the airport - because I had mistakenly provided the wrong prescription, the doctor updated everything within 10 minutes. His expertise, kindness, and professionalism truly moved me to happy tears. The team treated me with such warmth and compassion as a foreigner, even saying, "Accept this as a welcome to Thailand." Five stars are not enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Bangkok Vision Center to anyone in need of exceptional, heartfelt care. Khap khun na kha!!!

Just an air-out review. I recently asked online if the lenses on my new glasses were photochromic, and I was told they were. However, after using them during my usual 1.5-hour outdoor duty for a week, I noticed they didn't darken as quickly as my previous pair. My old glasses would turn gray fast and make outdoor light more comfortable, so I became a little concerned. Because of this, I visited the shop to have the lenses checked. They placed my glasses under a UV light, and the lenses did darken -- although it took a bit of time. I appreciate that the staff explained how these lenses react depending on UV levels. However, the explanation felt a little rushed. I also felt slightly uncomfortable when I was told that if I wanted lenses that react faster, I would need to choose their higher-priced options starting from 4,000 baht. I understand that there are different lens types, but my intention was SIMPLY to make sure that my current lenses were the same type I had before. I still thanked them for showing me how the lenses work, but the interaction left me feeling a bit uneasy. As a customer who invested a good amount in these glasses and trusted them, I hoped for a more reassuring and gentle explanation -- instead of being offered different, higher-priced lenses right away. Bangkok Vision has a strong reputation and great services -- I even got my previous glasses from them, and everything was excellent. However, with my experience this time, I wanted to share that customer service still plays a big part in the overall experience, and this visit didn't feel as comfortable as I expected. It made me feel small. I walked out humbled but with a heavy heart. They have very good service, but their customer service this year may need to be checked again.

Good glasses. Very patient when picking frame, can take your time and try out everything. Speak English and easy to communicate. Glasses were ready next day. Have to go up the stairs to find the shop.

My new glasses turned out great. The person who did the eye test was very patient and thorough. Communicating in English with the staff was smooth, with no language barriers. Overall, the price for the eye test was quite affordable and I feel very satisfied.

Staff are very welcoming and professional. Wanted a pair of prescription sunglasses, they provided high quality glasses in an hour for 2300 baht. Very happy with the whole experience.

TOP service mind. Close to another vision brand hidden up steep stairs. But this place is beyond satisfactory and high quality service. My world became HD within less than an hour. This is a must visit if you have to get optics and eyes checked out. five stars all around!

I replaced my single vision reading lenses with Hoya Hilux and the contrast is amazing! The astigmatism axis are spot on. They cut lenses in house and only take 1 day. Not many shops do this. The ladies in the shop are very attentive. They carry Zeiss which are excellent also but take longer to make.

They repaired my glasses completely broken made like a new! For really small price. Professionals and nice people. Recommended
