Roski Eye Institute

A nightmare of a customer service experience. Despite not seeming too busy, I had to wait an extra half hour to be seen by a doctor. Because they took so long, I didn't even have time get to have my eyes dilated so now I'll have to come back at another date. They didn't even give me hard copies of my prescriptions when I left, which was the entire point of the visit. That wouldn't be an issue with most doctor's offices, but I made the mistake of choosing Roski. Keck makes you go through a phone tree to talk to a person and there's no online method to speak with them. It has been days since my appointment and they have ignored the message I left with the front desk to get the prescription I paid for. Very inconvenient when dealing with ordering glasses and contact lenses. I chose this place because the location was convenient to USC campus, but there was nothing convenient about it. I have wasted so much time in the waiting room, on hold waiting for speak to someone on the phone, and having to make an entire second trip to the office for dilation that it's absolutely not worth it.

this place is an absolute scam. they made my 82 year old mother wait for 2 hours before she was able to see the doctor. they're overbooked and understaffed. it's chaos and lacks structure. i don't understand how a hospital of this scale and with the technology they have operates so inefficiently.

Professional staff along with a comfortable environment make this Doctor's office a pleasure to visit. The eye doctors that I've interacted with over the years are excellent and extremely competent. They always seem very approachable and down to earth, taking the time to make sure every aspect of treatment is understood. Their surgical expertise is confidence inspiring as well. The in depth knowledge and medical experience possessed by the staff is obvious almost immediately. It took me 3 years to find my way to one of the specialists here and it was worth the wait. They've made my eyesight improve dramatically and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Good experience at the store, but received a random $226 bill after insurance. Have talked to my insurance, who talked to USC Care Medical Group and identified the mistake (a math problem), supposedly got it fixed--then, they sent me the wrong bill again. Every time I talk to Roski Eye Institute on the phone they are completely inept and no one can explain the bill. They just state over and over that is what I owe. They are morons. I will not be going back.

Good service but scheduling has always been difficult.this year, I called on February and the next earliest appointment slot is June. That's 3 months.

Staff here is very helpful and courteous. Keep in mind that currently it's primarily an optics shop. There's no eye testing facility here, that's present only in the Figueroa St. facility. However, you can schedule your appointments for eye test here too.

Relatively quick and always responsive via phone. Decent selection of frames, and I've never had any issues
