Everyone at Bay Area Retina Associates was very kind and professional. Dr. Yingna Liu, made me feel comfortable and she explained what was going on with the condition of my eye. I never felt like I was being rushed through my appointment. This has been an alarming experience for me and Dr. Liu took her time with me and always asking if I had any more questions.

The staff are polite, however when I tried to discuss my mom's concern with Dr. Lou about the front of her eyes he ignorantly stated that it doesn't belong to me, I not sure here but you need to listen to your patients after seeing them after a month and try to communicate, not just inject and leave, the clinic has only one doctor and the number of patients are higher, your appointment would be 2:30 pm but you may wait for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor which is absurd.
