On "brief" hold for over 10 minutes. Called on other phone to even see if I could get an appointment and nothing for over a month. I was told they are short staffed....no thank you,. Terrible customer service. You never tell the customer your short staffed, you figure it out. Please someone recommend a good optometry practice please.

Everyone was wonderful! Dr. Sim put me at ease when I told her I had anxiety with the blue light test and she helped me get through it without me totally freaking out. They run a very efficient office and I will definitely be coming back for my next exam and sending my husband there.

Today November 3, 2021, my daughter and myself had an appointment with Dr. Sim and I have to say she was very kind and thorough and I actually left feeling better about getting new glasses. I completely recommend seeing Dr. Sim if you're needing new glasses. The ladies in the front helping with finding the glasses that suits you did a very good job also. Dr. Estella Sims and her crew are amazing. This is probably my first ever google post because most places, whether it be a food chain, shopping store, etc don't really have that wow factor anymore. But this time it's different. Dr. Sims took care of my daughter and I with the utmost care and I loved it! She's extremely thorough with her examinations but she doesn't make it seem like it drags on. In fact, it's the opposite! I love how she just wants to make sure everything is ok, without you having to bring up an issue. She's great! I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!
