Dr Shih is the best. He is so nice and kind. He is very attentive and takes time to answer any questions you may have. The staff in the optometry office at Target are all so patient and will help you pick out your glasses if you are undecided or like me, can't make a decision. Overall I enjoyed my visit and it was a great experience.

Dr. Shih is the best! I had previously seen 3 different optometrists who were unable to address my problems with contacts. In my first visit with Dr. Shih He knew exactly how to solve my problem. He prescribed the best set of contacts lenses I had ever had. They were the most comfortable, addressed my vision issue, and were actually cheaper than what the previous Dr's were prescribing me. I have been coming back to Dr. Shih ever since. He is the best. He takes the time to make sure you genuinely get what you need. He explains everything completely. A++++++++
