The doctor was very thorough about explaining what she was looking at inside my eyes. Her assistant was also attentive about logging the information into the computer for my records. They also gave me an appointment the next day due to the status of my eye problem. Very professional treatment !

Horrible experience. The employee hurt my eyes and was rude about it. I'm not sure if my eyes are permanently damaged yet but I'm thinking about suing. IN RESPONSE: thank you for your concern, I sincerely appreciate that. I will be seeing another eye doctor because I do not trust this business with my well-being. I would highly recommend to put your employees thru training on how to treat people with respect and care. I'd fire the employee I dealt with asap before someone gets hurt.

The doctor was very pleasant and informative. He answered my questions and referred me to a specialist. I'm pleased with my visit and will continue to work with him.

I appreciate the time the staff at Pacific Eye Institute spent with me. I have " shy" eyes, when it comes to keeping them open for drops, glaucoma tests, etc. The Tech and the doctor were patient with me. I also felt like they listened to me when I voiced my concerns.

This place herds people in by overbooking and breaking up appointments so they can bill insurance extra fees. It's rediculous.

Very cordial and very good in testing and explaining procedures and results. Great experience!

I'm the wife that went . I went in with my eye feeling like it was going to explode. Just woke up and it was swollen and red and blurry and painful. Got in that day which was good and had an optometrist that gave me her opinion and gave me an eye steroid. They had me come back 2 days later : got a an opthomologist. He sent in a prescription. He gave me his diagnosis and said keep using the drops every 2 hours . Two days later I got an optometrist who gave me her diagnosis. 3 different diagnosis. I called the manager and said I need to get the right one and how to treat it. I was also upset that it's very hard to get through on their phones. When I left a message 3 times no one returned call. So I went to office after 8 hours of waiting for a return call. There were a bunch of employees just standing around and one person in waiting room. I asked why they aren't answering the phones and had to drive 30 minutes to be seen. A girl at front desk dismissed that and said what do you want ma'am? I wasn't rude just was upset. and frustrated. The manager called me back finally and apologized and said let me make you an appt for tomorrow with the opthomologist. Went in and waited , got in room and the girl said there's no opthomologist here today. So I won't be back there ever! I don't trust them anymore.

I am extremely disappointed. I called today to get an appointment and was booked out to November 6. I thought that was odd because when I called last week and offered to pay cash, they said they could get me an appointment the next day. I was really confused and had my husband call. He offered to pay cash and they got him an appointment in the next two weeks. I would like an explanation. I have IEHP And I don't know why that would matter in terms of when I can be seen.
