Amazing staff, I definitely recommend Canyon City Eye Care. The girls in the front were so professional and helped me pick out glasses that were best suited for me. I've never had such a smooth and seamless process before. Shout out to Canyon City for having the best customer service I've seen in years.

HORRIBLE customer service. The girls at the front desk have the worst attitude and are VERY unprofessional with their AirPods in while texting. Last time I ever purchase contacts from this place. They argued with me to give me a sample after purchasing contact lenses. DONT GO HERE. -10 stars

Extremely rude and snobby female staff. The whole time I was in the waiting lounge all I could here was them bad mouthing patients. Bought some Nike glasses Paid for warranty on the frames & lenses. Decided to stop by since my frames where cracked & when I stopped to see if they where available to help me they said I can't be assisted because apparently I use my warranty when they deliver my glasses with the lenses popped off and now mention that I can't be helped yet the Lenses and frames are different different warranties however I wasn't my fault they delivered the glasses wrongfully the first time. Crazy how they just lie to your face. Department of Consumer Affairs should stop by and check how they're operating.

Staff was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. Definitely coming back next year for my yearly exam!
