Very friendly staff and doctor. I ordered two pairs of prescription eyeglasses costing nearly over $600.00. I noticed immediately that the prescription was off. I had been experiencing dizziness, dry eyes, and headaches for over two weeks. Finally, I went back in for a recheck, and they changed my prescription and sent the frames out to get new lenses. The new glasses finally arrived, and I still couldn't see. I immediately asked for a refund, and it was given to me. My $10.00 readers from Target allow me to see better than $600.00 worth of eyewear I purchased here. They also like to upsell. Also, from the time I originally purchased my glasses, returned for the recheck, and waited for the new glasses to arrive, it was nearly 2 months! Way too long to wait for eyeglasses that you paid for in full.

I absolutely recommend this location on Ming Ave. staff was patient, answered all my questions-and I had a lot! And the wait time was perfect. I had enough time to pick my glasses, extras weren't forced, and they're extremely affordable!Lucia is the best!!

It was my first time ever getting glasses, the staff is so nice and sweet. I literally walked in one day asked if they had time for an exam and they did it right then and there. They had a deal where if you bought two glasses the exam was free, which usually the exam is $59 I believe. My sales associate Sam was so helpful and sweet telling me tips about glasses and being honest about what frames looked the best on me which I appreciated so much! The glasses came in a week and when they arrived they made sure they fit perfectly. Each time I put on my frames I was constantly told how cute they were which made me feel so much better about needing glasses. Now I have two pairs of glasses one metal frame and one plastic, eye exam was free, 1 year warranty (scratch or break fixed for free) on both glasses other small customs for $350 (no insurance) overall a really great experience and huge selection of frames to pick from. The photo below is the kids selection. The adults had like 6 of those panels not including the luxury frames.

From day one of being able to make a same day appointment was the 1st part of great service. The people where friendly and the Dr was amazing and fast. My whole experience there was the best I've ever had, not to mention how fast my glasses came in. Thank you for getting my eye sight right. Definitely recommend you all..

I wanna start off by saying Lucia Salazar Is great at what she does. She's a great general manager she's very attentive she make's sure you're happy and satisfied. The doctor is great. My only thing is they don't have a lot of variety as far as frames and I've had my glasses for about a month now and I've went in to get them tightened and they just seem to keep loosening and not fitting my face/head correctly other than that, they're great
