Amazing place. Second time doing my eye exam here but the first time buying glasses with them. So, this means a next update on this review is on the horizon. Customer service was amazing. From the very beginning: professional and kind. Dr Smith is clear and straight to the point. But Fernanda!?!?! OMG! She is spectacular! Patient, professional, engaged and definitely the kind of CSR that knows exactly what that means. Smiles in all employees faces at the end. So far, this place is highly recommended. I just need to wait for my glasses for the update on this review.

Wish I could give 0 stars. In August I took my 14 year old son to get contacts for the first time. I let them know it was his first time so they knew to give more care. The lady "helping train him" apparently was going to be getting off work soon and was too busy doing closing shift work on the computer. All she did was look up from the computer every once in a while and say oh you almost got it or keep trying. We spent 2 hrs there with this lady. My son never got to actually get anything in his eye. We ended up leaving. I paid $100+ for absolutely nothing but an irritated afternoon. Never going back. They've tried to contact me to go back for another session. I thought about it and decided against it.

I walked in to have my glasses tightened and was greeted by a lady with adorable, red-framed glasses--turns out, she was the manager, Margarita. She showed the type of glasses she had on, the "Pair Eyewear." You can switch out multiple toppers once you pick a base frame. I got so excited and ended up purchasing a new pair of glasses with two toppers--one of which is for sunglasses! I absolutely love my new glasses! The customer service was fantastic, and you can't beat the value!! Great price. Margarita made the whole experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store.

I had a great experience at this location and was able to get an exam the same day!!! I was greeted by such a friendly staff team. After my eye exam, Angela was helping me out to pick my 2 pairs of glasses! I'm very picky about frames, but Angela was super kind and helpful to work with!!! Can't wait to pick up my glasses :)
