I was able to see Dr. Kao the next morning, and as a new patient, after a serious eye injury. Dr. Kao was patient in explaining exactly what was going on with my wound and how it should be treated. While waiting to meet Dr. Kao I watched him in a video that informed me of the upcoming appointment. That was so helpful and I already felt comfortable meeting him. He was great. I was able to ask questions which he answered and while I doubted I would go ahead and have cataract surgery before going in I was completely at ease with going ahead with surgery when I left.
