This was my first time visiting and Bakersfield Eye Care made it such a positive experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves as a first-time patient. I never felt rushed, and the entire visit was smooth and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Bakersfield Eye Care to anyone, especially if it's your first eye exam.

I don't usually go to this place but I had to last minute on Tuesday, after this visit i definitely won't be going back to this location. The place was dirty, we saw bugs on the floor while my niece was looking at glasses. On top of that the woman sitting in the front desks wouldn't even look up from her phone, almost felt like we were bothering her. Overall the exam was quick, the lady by the door took us back fast, and the one who took the tests was very kind and informative. The exam took no more than twenty minutes and Dr. Hur was a delight. Just wish the facility was more professional.

I made an appointment, checked in, had my exam, and ordered glasses all in less than 1 hour. They were awesome to deal with and made the process very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. Scheduling over the phone took longer than expected with Yesenia, and when I arrived the front desk seemed preoccupied and didn't look up right away. Someone from the back came out and greeted me, which I really appreciated. I found a pair of glasses I love, and the doctor was awesome helpful, patient, and friendly. The manager, who usually helps me, walked in shortly after I arrived and, as always, was fantastic. Because of the great service from the other staff and the manager, I'm happy to give Bakersfield Eye Care a five star review.

I have never received amazing service like this before!!! I left absolutely satisfied and with the biggest smile on my face! I also got a GREAT deal for my glasses! Thank you to all of the workers!

The staff there work hard. I am not sure their automated information system does them justice. I was never notified my glasses were in. Finally I called after a month and then the auto attendant told me they were available for pickup.
