I have visited CRC often over the past decade. The office is efficiently run. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Wait times are often under 10 minutes. The doctor's expertise is exemplary and his demeanor is always friendly yet highly professional. I couldn't ask for better treatment.

When I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time there were nearly 25 people sitting in the lobby, waiting to be seen. I was told that the staff had a lunch that was brought in for them and they were behind on the schedule because of it. I was not taken back Beyond the lobby doors for one hour after my appointment time. The staff was kind and worked me through the different tests and imaging fairly quickly. The information seemed to be complete regarding my condition and options. My biggest complaint is the waiting time before seeing the doctor. I had to cancel another appointment that I had scheduled following Because they said I would not be out in time. Luckily, I was informed ahead of time that I would have my eyes dilated so I had a designated driver. There is much room for improvement in getting patients past the lobby and to the provider.

I started when I had an emergency with 2 retinal tears years ago. Dr. Castellarin did an emergency laser procedure and has seen me yearly to make sure the eye remains healthy. The medical assistants and front desk are very professional and kind. I highly recommend CRC.
