Dr. Khaled A. Tawansy

Just the worst, the absolute worst place, I don't understand how this is a functioning business. The wait is always over 5 hours, last year it took 3 months to get my daughters glasses in. I tried to go in just now to get a copy of her prescription so we could get them somewhere else and surprise surprise they can't even do that!! Their "system is down," apparently since last week and they have no idea when it's going to be back up. So I guess at this point it will just be faster to schedule my kids brand new appointments with anyone else and order glasses that way. This place is truly terrible, I feel bad for Medi-Cal patients that are assigned this spot and have no other choice. Just because you can't afford health insurance you shouldn't have to deal with the incompetence of this office.

Dr. Tawansy is the best eye doctor! I highly recommended him! He has been my eye doctor since I was 7years old, and I still continue to go, and thanks to him he saved my eye vision because I was super close to permanently go blind from an eye due to another doctor's negligence. I highly recommend Dr. Tawansy to any one! And his staff is great especially Cesar! He is very helpful and very nice and a great translator!

Wow!! Is all I can say. We waited a total of 5 hours to see a doctor for 5 min. The ladies in the front were extremely rude. They were talking loudly about other patients for all to here. They lied to a family who had also been waiting for several hours that the had went out to look for them. One was talking about how she was going to beauty school because she was tired of her job. While the other agreed. Very poor service. Strange that the Doctor is not aware. The Doctor on the other hand was very professional unlike the "ladies"

Waited almost 5 hrs! Dr Khaled checked my eyes and wrote down the prescription and ask if I had any questions. He didn't say anything on the condition of my eye and what the medication is for and for how long I had to take it . Nothing! I pretty much had to ask questions. Worst dr ever! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone

Terrible service. I have been trying to come in contact with them for 2 weeks now for my son to get seen at least to schedule an appointment and phone calls are not being returned and I get put on hold without even asking if it's ok! RUDE! I will definitely not recommend them to ANYBODY!

Worst place ever!!! The receptionist is horrible. I waited for 6hrs to be seen just to get paperwork to go to their padadena office. They never answer the phones to make an appt. They schedule you the same day as they do the inmates so until they get done with them youll be waiting. Dont bother wasting time going here.

DOCTOR IS COOL STAFF IS NICE COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. OFFICE IS CLOSE ENOUGH TO WHERE I AM NOTHING NEGATIVE HERE! I Would Recommend To Friends

This is the worst doctor I've ever known in my life he came at me with the needle in my eye with no anesthesia he also left me blind for 3 weeks he cut the retina in my eye I had to go have another surgery with another doctor to have it cared for this is 2 years later and I'm still having pink eye and my right eye 5 hours wait is usual 5 hours weight is the usual the usual weight is 5 hours wait the usual weight is 5 hours
