In my experience, the rotund male receptionist was rude and persistent about scheduling appointments that my family member did not agree to, even after saying no multiple times. This made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. We felt that the clinic prioritized billing and scheduling over respecting patient wishes. My family member also felt pressured into discussions about surgery they did not want. Based on our experience, we would not return to this office. DO NOT Come to this office!!

I take my mother in law there & their male receptionist is always so rude. One 2 separate occasions I had to tell him that I NEED to be in the back with her when she see's the dr (my mother in law forgets what she is told when seen so I need to be there) & the receptionist didn't call me back there. I recently called to get an appointment for her (before we found another location) & when I called, all of a sudden they couldn't make an appointment for her over the phone & I would get a call from "someone in the back office" & 2 months later- no one has called. Don't even waste your time. Staff is rude, place is always crowded. GO TO EYE LUXE INSTITUTE INSTEAD.

I am only adding 3 stars for the Doctor. But aside from that their new male receptionist is very rude. When calling for an appointment, you can hear the annoyance in his voice. He is not accommodating or understanding to situations when needing to reschedule. It has happened on several occasions, you can tell his demeanor changes when it comes to certain patients in office. I worked in Healthcare for 10 plus years for a private office setting and FQHC with over 40 locations and have been in the front end and that is not the way to treat patients or really people. Customer Service Training is needed.

I am annoyed by the situation I had to go through on the day of my appointment, the receptionist was very rude to me (patient) asking me to leave my two minors outside without any supervision because they were not allowed inside with me, which it bothered me so I left the place. When they make the reminder call they should let the patient know that they can't take other people to accompany them so that way we avoid this situation, I know that it's not just getting worse like with other patients and they should take that into account.

If I had a choice I would give this review a zero!!! When I first went and saw him he was nice but I was having trouble with my insurance so I had to pay him cash. Once I got my insurance handled my insurance told me that I would have to have him Bill them and then they would send him a check and then heat they should send me a check. I called to talk to them the receptionist was nice very polite and she said she would get back to me they didn't so I went down there on January 28th left another message and gave him all the information on my health insurance card and got a phone message that I was harassing his receptionist and if I call them and bother them again he was going to call Blue Cross Blue Shield himself and do it them. He was very rude almost had me in tears and this was just on the answer machine. I would not if I didn't even need to go see him!! I could understand if I was being rude and loud to the receptionist but I was very polite to them there was no need for this all he had to say was no I'm not going to do that thank you have a good day.

This doctor was SO RUDE! He absolutely refused to let me come in with my husband so I could hear what was going on. He had no excuse other than he didn't want me in there. I needed to know what's going on because my husband was in so much pain, he couldn't focus on what the doctor was telling him. Long story short, he refused to treat my husband after yelling at me to get out of his office. I will NEVER go back to this doctor.

Absolutely the worst DR I have ever dealt with! The front office girl lied to my face and told my I didn't have a co-pay when I called to check. She didn't want to even do her job and look for me. Nope, she just lied to me. There i am showing up for my appointment and she says i have a co-pay. I said the only reason I made this appointment before my payday is because she SPECIFICALLY said I didn't have a co-pay. They were so incredibly rude, they laughed at me and made a joke of me in front of their entire lobby full of patients. The doctor then came out and was an complete jerk and wouldn't listen to a word. They wouldn't even talk to me like i was a human. This man only wants money from you! The girls up front are terrified to tell the truth when they make a mistake because the doctor is such a jerk to them. Never go to this doctor unless you want to feel like a piece of trash. THE WORST!!

The doctor is informative but the receptionist has to be the rudest Ive EVER dealt with in my life!! I have no idea what personal issues she may have but I believe that receptionist needs a mental evaluation. Id love to see her outside of work and have a chat! That woman makes me SICK!!! This doctor will lose patients over his very unprofessional receptionist! I not only had horrible experiences with her each and every visit but everyone I know that has been there has a horrible experience with this receptionist. Disgusting woman she is! The way she treats the elderly makes me want ro snatch her right out of her seat! The rest of the reviews just goes to show Im not the only one that has dealt with this mental case receptionist. Stay away from this office!!
