I wish I could give them no stars. Don't waste your money!!! On 1/17 at 3:30 I picked up my sons glasses. I paid $130 for them because I was told that the insurance covered ones would take 10 weeks. Today 1/19 at 8am I told my son let me see your glasses so I can clean your lenses before school & they are broke. Both ear pieces slide off the metal frame. They are not metal frame glasses either. Ow & my receipt says all says are final. SMH.

Dr. Nguyen and the staff were amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly, and I left feeling confident in my eye care--highly recommend this office!

My mom has an appointment at 9:00 am i called earlier to make sure was confirmed, they said yes. Then when we got there at 9:00 am we have been told the doctor is not coming and we need to reschedule. We drove 30 min to get there. We wasted our time and i had to take a day off of work to drove her over there. This situation happened to us two times already. They don't care about their clients.
Later in the day they called back and said the doctor can see at 1:00 pm if you want to come. But our schedule is not open like the doctor wants.

Dr Nguyen and staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable to ask Dr Nguyen questions, and he answered all of them thoroughly so now I have a better understanding of why my vision is weak. Him and his staff also helped me find glasses that were good for me and my budget. :)
