Worst service, Glasses are wrong, charge a lot for them. Schedules appointment for certain time and end up not seeing the doctor after an hour and a half later. Then ask the klerk for information and she just has no customer service at all (White old lady with glasses, blond dyed hair). Very rude and unprofessional. I, whish i, had gone somewhere else.

Wish I could give no stars. Michael Flores loves to scare patients in thinking they need dry eye treatment. Lack of practice and cannot keep his professionalism when it comes to making things right. Dry eyes treatment should be explained to more thoroughly with patients not scaring them. Hope you get better in your practice and being honest to these patients.

10/10 experience with the staff and Doctor. Dr nyguen was patient and was very helpful on the condition of my eyes. His assistant Gigi was so kind and was also informative about my questions about dry eye and the treatments. She walked me through everything and made the experience more comfortable. Definitely gonna recommend the treatment to other folks

Great experience overall! All the staff was kind and attentive. Doctor took his time explaining things to me and gave me the chance to ask any questions. Alondra was very helpful when it came to picking my glasses and answering any questions I had regarding that. Would recommend :)

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is kind & knowledgeable. The eye doctor is very attentive & provides the best advice & care for his patients.

The staff truly seem very friendly, but the waiting room and time is absolutely RIDICULOUS! They do NOT DO NOT DO NOT offer any type of exchange or refunds. So if you are forced to get your eyes checked here due to your insurance I strongly recommend DO NOT PURCHASE the frames or lenses here. BUY YOUR FRAMES AND LENSES ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! I was also told I had dry eyes and recommended eye drops to me after they couldn't guilt me into the $3,500 collagen eye treatment that only "treats" the condition but doesn't heal or prevent the condition. I went out of network and got a second opinion from Kaiser who GAVE me dry eye drops and recommended an over the counter drop to help with any discomfort since DRY EYES can NOT be reversed or "cured" Overall the staff were friendly and I actually appreciated the doctor being very blunt and direct with my eye care; but this is a money grab facility that just wants your money. They should consider a refund or replacement because trying glasses on for 5 minutes then actually WEARING glasses for a full day are totally different. Will never return to this office again!

This is the worst optometrist Ive been to. We were forced to use them due to needing an appointment asap. They did not let me go back with my daughter for her eye exam. They charged me for paperwork for the school and for her prescription containing the pupilary distance measurement. There were always hoops to jump through! They said my daughter needed glasses asap, so I ended up paying out of pocket because I didnt want to make my daughter wait 6 weeks for her glasses to be covered by medi-cal. Please avoid this place if at all possible. Its worth waiting for an appointment opening up somewhere else or traveling to another town to see someone professional and caring toward their patients.

I had a great experience at this office! Gissel was amazing she was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. She explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options. Highly recommend!
