Oh!!WOW!!!! What an exceptional experience. Truly the best in town. I'm a senior and the treatment I got was over the bar. Friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, thank you Max and Dr Momi, had the chairside manners of gold, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. They got my business for sure. I'm a happy, grateful, and satisfied customer.

The customer service was great. Friendly, efficient, and informative. Carmen and Kayla were kind and relatable. Dr. Ng explained everything about my eye care. I have been coming here for years. I love the environment and office staff.

I took my Mom here as they accept Medicare. When I called to set-up the appointment, the lady confirmed her benefits and checked her "frame allowance." She told me "you have plenty of coverage ($500) so don't worry about a thing. You will owe $39 (for some special exam) because we have fancy equipment and have to suck as much money out of you as we can." Maybe the last part was embellished a bit but she conveyed it would only be $39. After a half hour in the waiting room, a half hour exam, a half hour picking out frames the helper lady states it will be $824 total (for the lenses). No one mentioned a charge for lenses when we called. I even confirmed "$39 is all we have to pay right?" Yes sir, that's it. They even tried to charge her debit card for the $824 but there wasn't enough available. Wow!!! If you choose this place and have insurance just confirm the above. It's a big BAIT and SWITCH if ever there was one. Worse part is now we have to pay for the exam the next place we go as the insurance only allows one exam a year. Shame on this place for trying to take advantage of the elderly.

Excellent experience from morning greeting when checking in all the way to the end making follow- up appt. Lots of new technology, the doctor and the staff top-notch. Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail so I could understand. The only place I want to go for my eye appts.

Dr Liao is amazing. I have needed glasses since i was a kid and ever since i started going to them a year ago, she had made me aware of issues that i've had for a while that other doctors have not even checked for or looked at in just an exam. I am very thankful to have her as my eye doctor very much recommend! Everyone is also very nice and helpful.

Very professional surroundings and professional staff. I worked with Jasmin primarily and it was a good experience all around. I didn't get the persons name at the front desk, but she checked my insurance for me and found benefits I was not aware of. A real blessing and I appreciated it so much.

The office is a very calm atmosphere. The ladies are nice and the doctor is very thorough and kind with an upbeat, energetic type of vibe. Don't be in a rush for this appointment. Make sure to allow yourself plenty of time and don't schedule other appointments that are going to make you feel rushed because you need to test your eyeballs. :) & it does take time to get your eyes tested.
