I absolutely loved the service I received today with Dr. Friedman. He is by far the best optometrist I've seen at the Gosford location. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the optometrist I saw last year, so today's experience was a huge and very appreciated difference. I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Friedman's care and would highly recommend him.

I loved my experience at the office today. On top of the cleanliness of the entire office, I love the up to date equipment and testing products. It was nice to have a charismatic Doctor come into the room, as I did previously btw. But it's just nice, because I've always had the opposite. My assistant, I loved her. Forgot her name but not her face, she was knowledgeable and helped me pick out a cute pair of glasses. She was from my hometown so that bonded us. Again, I love this optometrist. Wish my kid's insurance would allow me to bring them.

We recently took our son to this eye doctor, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and attentive. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure my son felt comfortable and cared for.
Dr. Li was patient, thorough, and clearly experienced in working with children. He took the time to address his specific needs and explained everything in a way he (and we) could understand. It was such a positive visit, and I'm so grateful we found a place that treats families with such compassion and professionalism.
