Penelope S. Suter, OD

This was our first apt with her and she was so nice and patient with my son who is on the spectrum and gets a little anxious at doctors apts, especially new doctors he has never met. She made him feel at ease and it meant a lot to me that she was so patient and explained everything to him before she did anything. Her staff was also very nice. I will definitely be going back.

Staff and doctor are amazing! Stormy from the front desk is especially helpful and goes above and beyond for the clients. My father just had a stroke and needed to be tested she helped get him in faster and assisted with getting all records from quest because they had been delaying the processes! I can only say that our experience with Dr. Suter was amazing and I am extremely thankful that she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to review and assess everything in detail.

We haven't started therapy yet but are very excited to begin working with Dr. Suter. She has helped us get to the bottom of what is going on with my struggling reader (8yrs old) now that we've got a diagnosis we can help him. The office is very professional and structured. If you have a type-A personality, love structure, are detail oriented , and not afraid of hard work, you'll love this place!

I called to make an appointment for my 9 month old baby girl to see Dr. Suter. I had to leave a message. I received a call back the next day. The gal on the phone was very sweet and helpful at setting up an appointment for my daughter. We were able to get in within two weeks. Dr. Suter was kind, patient, and thorough in her exam of my baby girl. She took her time and gave my daughter breaks when necessary. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and kind as well. We were overall very happy with our experience and look forward to continuing to see Dr. Suter for future appointments.

We recently visited Dr. Suter for my 2yr old son. He is not one to sit, be patient or follow directions so I was a bit nervous about the exam. Dr. Suter was so patient and worked with him diligently. It was really amazing to see her approach with such a small child. We are thankful for the help we received in getting a diagnosis and now have hope with a plan of things to come. The office is set up nicely with books and a few toys. The selection of glasses were also very nice. The gal that assisted us in selecting the frames was very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Suter.

Office staff are very caring and warm. Dr. Suter is amazing and so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for any person. I am an Occupational therapist that has had experience with vision therapy and sought out a specialist for my mother who had vision changes due to a CVA. Dr. Suter is not only exceptional but very caring and thorough.

Dr. Suter is a Godsend!! My daughter was misdiagnosed with ADHD for 3 years and we tried everything to help her. Nothing worked. We went to see Dr. Suter and with her help and vision therapy we are already seeing improvements in her school and everyday life. We thank God everyday for finding Dr. Suter. She is kind and thorough. She explains everything and answers any questions that we may have. Office staff, Optical, and Vision Therapists are amazing and caring!!

We've been coming to Dr. Suter since 2013. My son and I love her and the team. Appointments can be hard to come by, but Dr. Suter and her team do their best to accommodate patients. I have never been happier with an optometrist. I am sad to leave this office once we move.
