I have gone here for a long time. I do like Dr Miller and feel like he does a good job. But I don't ever know if they will call me when my glasses have arrived after being ordered. Several times they have not called, enough times that I do not trust them anymore. I ordered glasses here on 8/5 and just now got them on 9/3.

Dr. Hawley and his staff are AMAZING!!! I had gone into the office to pick up a pair of glasses that had come in. The day before I had had an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions. The office was able to see me IMMEDIATELY (WITHOUT any previous appointment!). I was seen by the doctor, examined, given a prescription, and out the door within 15 minutes!! WOW!! That kind of care and service are nearly impossible to find in this day and age!! Additionally, they have state of the art equipment that makes getting new glasses easy and efficient. The staff is always friendly. Appointments are on time and quick. And, they also have a great selection of frames to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Eyecare Optometric Center for your vision needs!!

The doctor was patient & informative. Good selection of frames. However when I picked up my new eyewear, one side sat higher. The dispensing person did not notice. When I showed her, she agreed. She tried adjusting the frame but it still set cock-eyed. A week later I returned and they were still unable to adjust it correctly.

Great service if you don't have issues with your prescription. I know nothing about glasses or prescription lens, and relied on these folks to help me get my issues resolved. After several tries to get my lens right, I have finally decided to go somewhere else and hope that a new place will have the patience and willingness to help me figure out what is wrong with my prescription. Problem is, I used my annual vision insurance benefit at Premier, so the cost getting these lenses right will be fully out of pocket now. =(

Amazing experience. I walked in needing an adjustment on my frames, I was greeted kindly by the front desk person and then after a short wait I received the adjustment. I was in and out quickly, everyone was very kind. This was a 10/10 customer service experience.

Bought designer glasses and waited to receive them . The frames had no tags or stickers. When I went home after I picked them up (same day) they had crust from being worn in the nosepiece area.it was hard and wouldn't wipe off. I assumed it was the sample try on frame that they gave me and that's what I told the employees. I sent it back and they supposedly had my frames reordered. The lady who attended me on my 3rd visit said she was told to remove the stickers in front of me. The stickers were on the lens not the frame and the frame had some dried white paste. I don't know if they just polished it and gave it back to me but I don't trust their sales members and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've bought sample frames before but never for full price and I don't appreciate the deceit. Edit: This story is from the beginning on 2017.
